My grandpa always did things with great love. You are an affectionate father who is an inspiration to the whole family. Our family is blessed to have someone who brings joy and happiness to everyone they come across. The love spread upon us is irreplaceable. You helped me play piano and learn how to count. Every moment with you has been cherished. Now that you're gone, you leave an unforgettable legacy.

My grandfather was a man who had smiles to brighten your days. He always made you feel good with his nice, caring, and humorous personality. These are just a few words that come to mind, but it is impossible to summarize how great a person he was in words.
As one of his many grandkids, growing up with him around made life fun. From going sight seeing, to family trips and even going out to eat. There is not one place you can name that my grandfather hasn't been to! With his children and his grandkids, we all make a wonderful family. He is lucky to have had us all.
I'll miss my grandfather dearly. But I will treasure his memory forever.

The news of your passing was nothing short of traumatic and was a devastating blow to me.           You were more than just a grandfather to me. You became my dad, caring and providing for me before and after I lost my father at a very young age. You were my coach guiding me through life, watching my steps and making sure I walked on the right path of life. I took my first steps in front of you, you taught me how to count, how to be kind, how to be clean, how to be well dressed, how to be kind, how to play drive, how to play the piano, how to walk in the way of Christ, and the list can go on and on and on. You were truly a role model to me and the good habits you instilled in me are what I think of everyday as I grow and that has made me a better man today. Words can’t describe my love for you and how much I’ll miss you. You worked hard, went through tough times, you were a good and fair man, and although you didn’t get what you deserved all the time, you lived a good life. You were the best I ever had and the best I could ever ask for. I pray you rest peacefully in the blossom of the Lord and continue to watch over us forever.
